In the resort of Sunny Beach you will find the complexes Sun City 1, 2 and 3.
Sun City 1 is an already built complex, whilst Sun City 2 and 3 are both in the building process. Apartments at the Sun City 2 are between 50 square metres and 87 square metres in size (total living area) and are distributed into two separate buildings. Prices for the fully equipped new homes are about 43.223 €.
Within the complex, which will be built on an area of 2.400 square metres, you will have access to a swimming pool for adults and children, a playground, a cafe and a garage with spaces for up to 50 cars. Sun City 2 is also adapted for the needs of the disabled and provides 24 hour security.
The Sun City 3 will be completed in 2007 and offers apartments for approximately 47.020 € or 850 € per square metres. Additional there is also a maintenance fee of 350 € per year and apartment. The complex is set on 2.800 square metres of ground and provides a total of 80 fully equipped apartments.
Like in the Sun City 2, there are also swimming pools, a cafe and other facilities available. Additional you will be able to take advantage of a beauty parlour, lounges and a physician's room.
