Svilengrad is situated in the central south of Bulgaria, approximately 70 km from the city of Haskovo and 200 km from the towns of Pamporovo to the west and Ahtopol to the east, where the closest new developments are located.Ahtopol can be found directly on the Black Sea Coast, which is where the majority of all off plan properties are.
