Razgrad is a town which is located about 60 km from Rousse. Due to the fact that there are no new developments available in the surrounding area, you will either have to look at already built property or go further to the east, where the Black Sea Coast can be found.One of the available new developments on the coast is the Bravo 4 Holiday Village in Sunny Beach. Apartments there cost about 75.000 € and are located in a complex of 9.000 m2 of land in which a swimming pool, a restaurant, a bar and other facilities can be found. An alternative to the towns and holiday resorts on the coast are the charming city of St. Vlas and the outskirts of Byala, Bourgas and Golden Sands which also provide new developments with studios, townhouses and apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms.
