Kiten is a coastal town which is surrounded by National Parks. It is on the southern Black Sea Coast and only 1 hour from Bourgas airport. Sozopol is just 22 km north. Leisure amenities here include water sports and cruises along the Ropotamo River. The climate is mild with long summers with warm springs and autumns.
There are several new property developments here. One is designed as individual villas containing a handful of apartments with front line views of the sea. As a rough guide, prices start from 66,500 euros.
There is another sea front complex standing in landscaped gardens just 200 metres from the sandy beach and nearby river with swimming pools for adults and children, a children's playground, restaurant, bar, security and parking.
