Dobrich can be found to the north of Varna. There are two new developments in progress at the moment; one of them is situated just outside the town, in the village of Debrene. Here you will find complexes with community swimming pools, security, car parks and other facilities. The majority of them are located on the front line or in the proximity of the Black Sea coast.
